Forty vulnerable homeless people to share one building near Rotterdam
A pilot near Rotterdam will house 40 homeless people who have often behaved in confused or disruptive ways on the street. Many have serious psychiatric or addiction problems, and often a mild intellectual disability as well. They will live together under supervision and with support, ideally for a relatively long time, in a building where the front door is locked but the doors to their rooms are not.
